Feeling the cold

Another frosty morning, but a beautiful sunny day followed.  
The sparrows were all puffed out with the cold as the sun rose just after 7.30 am.  The white of the background is the frost on the ground.
Outside pottering this morning....this afternoon Book Club, the weird subjects we talk about... who has heard of "furries", not me.  But it appears there a groups of students that think and act like cats, even attached tails and ears.  Is it a trend or what, none of us knew anything about it but one lady said it was happening in secondary schools in Wellington, our capital city - bonkers !!
