First pram walk with Rosie who has been contending with little Seb's cradle cap. It was lovely to be on  Blackpool prom where I cycled so much with her Mum.
I the extras is a shot of a yellow butterfly on my lavender prior to me heading to Rosie's. 
In Louey's last days she saw a yellow butterfly in the room that I couldn't see and said that if we see a yellow butterfly it's her.
The truth if that is unimportant  but the fact that it makes us all smile is priceless.
