Notes: Woke around 630a to more rain. Slow morning, did Essentrics early and then made coffee - no pickleball again! Heard from the woman in Charlotte (Eve) and her sitter can't do it so we chatted on the phone and I agreed to head that way. I'll stay w/ her Sun once I leave Durham, she doesn't leave until Thurs (yikes) but I have the online AI seminar MTW and nearby pickleball so hopefully will go ok. Texted Jill and Kathy to let them know they'd be contacted for references and heard that Kathy is contemplating another complicated and invasive back surgery (they go in thru abdomen - takes 2 surgeries and 2 surgeons) - so she may need me to come stay with Lizzy again. Online for awhile and then decided to run to Sprouts for a cucumber around 1030a. Went thru the whole store but only added a zucchini (shocker). Heard huge downpour while I was inside but passed quickly and was only light drizzle driving back. Had some emails from Michelle D so did some more work and then warmed up some beef and ate in the last 2 small lettuce wraps, also made a green smoothie. Quiet night again, talked to Michelle for a bit as she gathered a few things to send to me in Charlotte for the next sit. Went to bed early,
