Street art

My last full day in Paris so rather than join the crowds in the city centre I stayed on the outskirts and wandered streets that probably hadn't seen a tourist in a day or two.

I came upon this street art, and wondered as I often do with these big pieces just how the artist/s get the perspective when theyre painting close-up, so that it all looks so good to the likes of me looking from a distance . . . 

And how to paint it over window frames and window grills and downpipes as if they weren't there remains a mystery to me.
