Garden Bounty

 From friend Helen’s garden.  I’ve spent the day with her.  Her partner, Steve, died very unexpectedly nearly a year ago.  H is coping well but times are difficult again at the moment as 14 year-old  Tillydog is very poorly with kidney failure and every day spent with her is precious.  Tilly was very pleased to see me and there were lots of tail wags, woofs and licks.  No walks for her this afternoon though.  The last few days/weeks of the life of your beloved canine friend are always very hard.  I do know from experiences.

We've had some very welcome  heavy rain showers  but sadly not enough to make the much needed difference.
 
Dahlias, a pimply yellow Courgette, 2 mini Aubergines, yellow beans and gorgeous tomatoes given a Poster Edges filter for Abstract Thursday.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.  Sorry, not quite on the theme of ‘lines’ today, but the beans were all in lines when we picked them!
