Balls - and Other Things

My first visit to the Physiotherapist today went well. I saw a very knowledgeable young man who was kind but firm, and definitely didn't take prisoners.  He gave me a thorough examination and declared everything was progressing as expected. He gave me lots of advice - and some new exercises!  His parting shot was "I'll see you in four weeks".
