Acer

The lovely acer in our garden.  We inherited this from two house-owners ago and wanted to remodel the garden with decking and a garden room in the part of the garden where the tree is situated, but also wanted to keep the acer.  So we built the decking around it, and it now casts a beautiful dappled light into the garden office when I'm working there in the afternoons.  And in the winter, it's festooned with fairy lights ( a future blip).
