There lots of these yellow wildflowers in the estuary at the moment.  They are quite popular with Hoverflies and there's lots of seed heads.  I believe they are Smooth Hawksbeard.  Its been quite a nice day today and a bit cooler than of late which was very welcome.  Gardening this afternoon.
