Romeos

Retired Older Men Eating Out. Thought I’d introduce you to a smaller number of Romeos at today’s meeting. There were only six of us partaking of bacon rolls but the rest had notes from their mums excusing their absence.

I so enjoy these Thursday mornings. Richard the dentist gave us a fine wee explanation of tooth enamel today, just in the flow of conversation, Richard the police sergeant had memories to share, Jimmy the Racing Driver was talking about days at Brands Hatch as you do, and much much more! I provided the jokes.

Earlier this morning I was interviewed by That’s TV Ayrshire, a local station which broadcasts on Freeview about my walking for Ayrshire Cancer Support. It went out at dinner time but I missed it.

I managed a wee stroll with the dogs this afternoon to bring my walking this week up to 14 miles so far.
