Sunlight and Shadows

After a frost we had a lovely sunny day with around 18c. 

I had my Osteopaths appointment first thing this morning. She was very good. I had treatment to the hand and shoulder and also  she gave me some Cranial sacral therapy.

This afternoon I meet my friend at the pool for some aqua jogging. The class we normally go to was closed because the hydro therapy pool was under repairs. When I was getting into the pool my friend commented about the bruising on the back of my legs. Which I would have got when I fell into my back on Sunday. I didn't know they were there. We had some lunch following the aqua jogging.
