A day in the kitchen

I made spicy pumpkin soup, orange cakes and this chicken casserole. Now I’m pooped.
The cake and soup are for a friend who is having chemo. Tough times. We have just made a small inroad into the casserole. Quite nice. Not amazing.
Now watching the Drivers footy team play badly in an extremely important match…he’s not happy. We remain hopeful :-)
