Wonderfully sunny Garry day. Making the effort to get there early on a mid week release day proving worth it as always.
"Interesting" drive up. Hard not to absorb someone else's intense angst when you're sat a foot away from them for 2 hours and it's being expressed in thier driving as well as their words! 
But the river did its magic. Paddled over the first drop and heart rate and shoulders dropped with it.
Then a lovely day of clean lines, daft creek boat freestyle attempts, and some technical videos filmed.
Raced the epic thunderstorms home but didn't quite make it before it all went boom!
