Almost like being on holiday

The great thing about having Adrian stay is we talk about all sorts of things and ideas get thrown around.

I hadn't thought much about what we would do today but we had a spontaneous idea.

Clifton Nurseries is possibly the best garden centre in the country. It's just down the road from me and slap bang in the middle of Maida Vale.

As with yesterday in the pub we got a wonderfully warm welcome, possibly because we were chatting away non stop.

I don't have a garden tree so the olive tree was out of the question.

Adrian chose something to grow indoors and to match a plant pot he already has.

I couldn't resist buying another tomato plant.
