An appt atbthe dentist to get the crown fitted. It was another horrible experience at the beginning but I calmed down and it got better. I have a dodgy bite that she couldn't get right, she is hoping it changes at time passes. If not I've to go back. 

After lunch I wandered to the park for some quiet and reading time.
