Commuting Pickering Style

What a scorcher. The sun was beating down as I popped to the shops.

If you have seen the news there is a huge moorland fire on Fylingdales Moor just to the north of us. This afternoon the wind changed blowing the smoke towards Pickering. Concern over the air quality has led to Dalby Parkrun being cancelled. When Richard arrived back from dialysis you really noticed the smell and smoke.

Feeling tired as Richard is struggling to get up during the night to go to the toilet. So my sleep has been disrupted. Hoping I get a better night tonight.
