If Only

... this was rain. 

But only one of our misters, seen through the round window above our kitchen sink - you'd think we lived in a tropical rainforest instead of a desert.

Gratefuls:
- slept on the mattress on floor of middle room, and it was a lot cooler, and then a good nap; feel caught up on sleep first time in forever
- making banana bread with the bananas I got for visitors, with chopped up figs from our tree, instead of chocolate
- this video of Chico César, celebrating 30 years of his iconic "Mama África in his home town, in the sertão of NE Brazil, where we lived for 24 years
