Westhaven

Not a very good pic and a day that seems to have vanished, though we did do some things.
The plan was to take the bikes to the river and cycle east along the cycle path but several problems encountered.
1. Having taken off the towbar before we went on holiday Mr Rat couldn't work out how to refit it, so he drove to the garage who sorted that.
2. Putting on the bike rack we realised we hadn't changed the number plate and you can't see the car one through the bikes. So rack off and bikes in the boot, which meant removing a wheel.
3. Had to deliver something and took a wrong turn so that took a bit longer than it should have done.
4. Colder than expected by the river and we didn't really have enough clothes, especially when it started to drizzle (which was mainly thorugh Carnoustie). It did mean we kept moving, though and was a drier and a bit warmer on the way back, helped by a bacon roll and cuppa at the Carnoustie Leisure Centre.
As it was rather grey it wasn't really photography weather but I did take a couple at Westhaven.
Another cuppa when we got home and then I went to get a numberplate and pick up the new laptop.
Spent this evening trying to set up the machine, only partly done and I don't know how do do some of it. Endless requests to re-input passwords and enter new passcodes and then finding things hadn't happened, and getting frustrated by all the AI rubbish. I have managed to transfer files a pics, it remains to be seen about other things but I've had enough for now.
