Balloon flower

Graham ordered a lot of herbs online for our new herb garden. I like this one which is called a balloon flower. It very much looks like a balloon in bud. Our friend Barbara didn’t think it is really a herb but it can be used medicinally apparently, or so it says. Seems its root is used in Korean cooking.
