Himself's hip wasn't lying this morning when he woke. He is feeling much better as the nausea has gone but he's still in pain and developing aches he didn't notice last night. He is also looking worse as the bruising has spread to both eyes and down his face. 

We had a lie-in which did us both good and then a lazy morning in a coffee shop before our driver picked us up to take us to Cartagena. On the way he stopped to show us this statue in Barranquilla where the 'Queen of Latin Music' was born.

This evening we had a stroll out from the hotel and the streets were packed. We found a nice place for dinner and we're now back in the hotel for an early night.
