Reflection And Reflecting

I am the reflection and I am reflecting on the artist of this portrait, Ian Scott.

The subject of the portrait is the Harbourmaster of Wick and was painted in 1985.

Ian graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 1985 and this particular portrait was a part of his Degree Show.

Following this Pat commissioned Ian to paint my portrait and Herr Doktor  also commissioned Ian to paint his portrait.

I am unable to trace Ian Scott, how I believe went to America and I cannot ask him the name of the Wick Harbourmaster.
