Evening Sun

If you've been following my blip journal for a few years, you'll know that my sister lives in Paris. My parents try to spend time with each of their three kids whenever they're in Europe, so they left this morning to drive down to the French capital to spend some time with her. It's about six hours, by car, to get there. They'll meet us in England for the wedding of my cousin, Amanda, next Sunday.

Little Man and I stayed home today. I haven't hard the energy to organise anything or go out. Its given me the chance to write in my journal and Little Man has enjoyed being able to play.

The swelling on the left side of my face has greatly reduced after yesterday's run in with the bee (see yesterday's post). I'm very glad that the results weren't any worse than they were and that I didn't need any medical intervention.
