Looked Better Than It Tasted

Early morning Epic Club Row to start the day, I’d decided to ease back on the Sunday rowing but went this morning to make up the numbers, both in the gig and manhandling it to and from the slipway.
Once the rowing, which I enjoyed, was over it was out to Devoran where, once there was nine of us that had volunteered, we turned the gig over then lifted it onto the trailer on blocks ready to start painting the external hull on Tuesday.

Having received a rather large courgette from the garden on Wednesday today I looked up the recipe for a stuffed and baked courgette. A good proportion of the initial cooking time was spent draining fluid. Mrs S enjoyed it, I thought it ok but I won’t be rushing to cook it again.
