Whitstable parkrun

Following our trip to the seaside earlier this week, we returned with some chums for the parkrun. The course is up and down along the sea front - easy. For a change, the weather was cooler, windy, with a little drizzle. Rather good for a run.
We decided to walk into town via the harbour. I took this snap on the way to the Neptune pub for lunch. In the afternoon we walked as far as Peter Cushing's house, then retraced our steps.
The outing ended back in the Marine Hotel for another cuppa. There was a wedding/reception in progress, but we were not invited to join the celebrations.
By the time we left the sun was out and everything was calm.
