Pie

Did some shopping for next week's camping and, swayed by the sight of a man on a bike eating something resembling this, was gripped by a notion to make an easy spanakopita. Not a real one because filo is a pfaff that no one needs. Shop bought puff. But real spinach and feta, eggs, parmesan, dill and nutmeg. Very nice. Possibly better with filo.

And then I emptied the van of building stuff and took down the gazebo put up for the barbecue and generally pottered around avoiding the sun.
