Walk

Planned a river circuit today which took me to Egglestone Abbey (a strangely similar name to Eggleston, but seemingly unrelated, in the other direction!) I enjoyed spotting the old toilet system before the signage - always makes me chuckle.

Very pleasant it was too (7miles ish, I reckon) with a meander up the hill into Barnard Castle for supplies before a down and up back to camp where I’ve installed our new sunshade which is very welcome as the sun drops below the awning.

Afternoon and evening of read, stretch, eat and play Azul with Bex L and Bex R. Neither are bad to play with but neither are great at planning ahead.
