Eat the rainbow

I took myself off for a glorious run up the Mynd this morning, on one of my favourite routes up Ashes Hollow, over Pole Bank, past the gliding club and then down a forest track. Early enough to avoid the heat and the masses. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to Race the Train very successfully today but it was good to get a hilly 10 miles in the bag.

More lying in the sun before dinner then heading out to see some friends.
