Happy Lamb

The boy arrived late last nite with his girl and then today our girl arrived too.

A mother is never happier than when all her special people are in the one space together. Cal visited with his grandparents, but he wasn't so sure of the new arrivals. He was much more interested in playing hide with his great uncle.

After a catch-up in the garden, we went into town for an early dining experience. New to us, the Happy Lamb Hotpot. Yuri was thrilled, and we were glad she was able to show us what to do. It was a great novelty, and we all enjoyed the different tastes. Whilst they had an extensive allergy section in the menu and an allergy booklet to look through the waitress suggested my girl could eat nothing -'you should not eat here,' she said. My girl decided to take her own assessment and enjoyed it.

A great magician/ mind reader, Ben Hart, left us stunned by his tricks. The boy left to catch up with pals whilst we came home. He is running the Musselburgh 10k tomorrow. Let's hope he doesn't overdo it tonight.
