sunday drawer

a weekend of many things. Much gardening, holiday planning, cooking. And drawing - today. I did some drawing on this planned watercolour last weekend, but was not satisfied with the scale, so went about erasing it during the week, Much happier with the scale, as I want the massive blue drought sky to hang heavy over the dry red landscape. 
We are currently in a 'green drought' in SA, where there is rain to grow plants and refill dams, but not enough water to really wet the soil substantially.
