Friends

I was like a dog with a bone, I would have nothing but to get down to Valentia Island to meet the gang. The route of the annual Beginish Island swim was changed due to shortage of boat cover. So the gand swam the Portmagee channel. A tough swim by all accounts. I wasn't up for it after 2 weeks of no swimming and the late night last night. I made it down for the craic though. It was so nice to see everyone again. 
There will be a strict training regime for Rua to get her back into her old habits, she was very distracted and needy all day.
