Raby castle

There are over 400 deer at Raby castle's deer park...a mixture of Red deer and Fallow deer.

We broke our journey home by having a delicious light lunch at Raby castle's Vinery cafe.

Earlier on we went to Auckland Palace in Bishop Auckland...what an amazing place! One of the best preserved Bishop's palaces in the whole of Europe. See extra.
