A busy day - early visit to the allotment for watering duties, then through to Stockbridge to find some pastry goods. The Pie Dolly was there, with a large (stitched) gash on her knee, which had prevented her being at Leith market yesterday. Then did some washing, had a shower, made a bread pudding, and may have finished the song I've been working on. It's been almost a nine month gestation period! 

Love sunflower buds at this stage. Remind me never to bother trying to sow sunflower seeds again - as ever, this fine specimen was sown by the birds whereas the one I grew from seed is languishing.....
