This morning I walked 1,5km with the Nudgee Runners... Loretta had made a Lemon Cake to celebrate my birthday since I've been away the last 2 Sundays...
This afternoon I joined the running ladies from Moreton Bay Road Runners Club for a catch up which was great... When I went to leave, my foot hit the leg of a chair, so I fell over... Nothing broken... I might be a bit sore tomorrow though...
