Fire and Ice

Not a great day! The feeling bad and headache has turned into a thing. I slept very poorly and have had to take it easy again today.

On Friday in the office the group of people who weren’t meant to be there, were coughing and spluttering whilst working. I appear to have picked up the coughy and spluttery-ness and have a bit of a temperature as well!

Oh no. Not again! Agh!
