as I arrived late . . . my own fault this time. I'd left home in good time and half an hour out of town I remembered I hadn't loaded the car with all I needed . . . so going back put me an hour behind my leaving in good time  . . . no lunch for me . . . in summertime NM is an hour ahead of sensible AZ that does mess with clock time. We're currently eight hours 'behind' BST ; permanently GMT -7.
