Field Scabious

It was cleaning day at the lodge so I had a look around the garden for a blip. Unlike yesterday, this is the property where we're encouraging wild flowers.

This is very much like the scabious I would have blipped at a garden centre, just a bit smaller and more bedraggled.. I was pleased to see this plant had grown from some seeds we scattered.

I'm making a collection of wildflowers with pollinators in the garden to put on Amber Nooks Facebook page to explain why some of it looks very rough.

Another parcel incident today: The parcel was delivered to the correct address BUT to my horror the photo showed my new electronic tablet package in the full heat of the sun AND in full view of the pavement! It's lucky that I live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice village. The tablet instructions tell me to keep it away from heat, even a car with closed windows in summer.
