A Capital Day Out 1

We headed down to Edinburgh today to see Scottish Ballet's Mary Queen of Scots at the Festival Theatre.  A powerful piece of dance - innovative and bold with many excellent performances. The company keep on getting better and better. There was much to take in and I am glad I have another opportunity to take more in when we go and see it in Glasgow next month. 

It was the last performance of Javier Andreu who danced Rizzio for Scottish Ballet. He was presented with flower at the end a took a bow or two. It was a lovely moment to be part of. 


Before going to the theatre we popped in to see T's Dad who was on fine form.
