Bishops Waltham in bloom

This is one of the prettiest streets in Bishops Waltham. It leads up to St Peter’s Church. All of the cottages have flowers outside yet bizarrely (to me anyway) the road got only second place in the Bishops Waltham in bloom competition. There must be somewhere judged to be better but I don’t know where it is!
