Back home today and out on the bike this afternoon. Very warm again so I decided to head for the coast in the hope of a cooling sea breeze. Blip today is a frame grab from an Insta 360 video, taken while riding the path through Ravenscraig Park, between Dysart and Kirkcaldy shores.
