I had to be up and ready to leave for Church at 10 AM this morning. No problem, except I would love a lie-in after all the early mornings and late nights that I've recently had.

D+E were on duty to prepare the Communion, so I sat quietly, listening to the worship group finish their practice. It also gave me the chance to take some photographs. I love the simplicity in this church - nothing to distract you from what is important. The last time I was in Coney Hall Baptist Church was in 2018, so it was good to be there again. Several people who remember my sister, who went to this Church from 1999 to 2001, came and said "Hi".

We came home to a cooked-to-perfection Sunday lunch. Eileen's sister, Brenda, joined us, and later, we managed to get her to have a go at Slapzi. She said "No" but was pleased she tried it as she really liked the game. :))
