Orla smiles…

Fairly leisurely morning followed by lunch then headed to Ele & Kenny’s mid afternoon

Another warm and sunny day so we sat in the garden. Niece Jen was there then Andrew arrived with Esme. He’d taken her a walk up the Campsie Hills. She looked exhausted! A glass of Ribena and a biscuit and she was full of energy again!

Nikki arrived a short time later with Orla. They’d been shopping. Orla is such a cheery wee thing. Always smiling unless she’s hungry, when she soon lets us know!

We had a lovely dinner at Ele’s new dining table. The newly formed kitchen diner looks fantastic. Definitely the right decision to take down the wall between the dining room and kitchen.

Andrew, Nikki and the girls left after dinner. Schools are back so Esme’s bedtime is earlier again. We headed to the living room to cheer on Oban’s Bob McIntyre in the PGA tournament at Maryland. He’s led all the way but sadly was pipped at the post by golf machine Scottie Schefller. Never mind Bob, you were magnificent!

Weather forecast is a bit cooler tomorrow but the good weather is set to continue till next weekend. We certainly can’t complain about this summer, the weather has been fab!
