Spinach and Feta Rolls

I occasionally buy these at the Penistone Country Market and I’ve been promising myself that I’d make some myself.  I’m not the keenest baker in the world and am usually at my best when I know a recipe.  This one was quite simple so I think if I do it a few more times it will become embedded.  I just searched online for a recipe.
I’m not at my best at the moment and seem to be suffering with gut ache through the day.  The pattern for me is that this usually happens after my one meds but I’m good at other times.  I’m not sure what’s going on.
