Memorial Plaque

I noticed this memorial plaque on bench in our local park.  It reads:

"Hugely Handsome Harry"
Who like to "Walk on the Wild Side"
1946-2023

I've no idea who Hugely Handsome Harry was but it sounds as though he was an interesting person.  Shame about the bird poo on the plaque.  Hopefully, if we ever have some rain it will get washed off
