I revisited the Brooklyn Reserve today showing a fellow ‘fungi hunter’ the location of an unusual mauve/pink pergola style fungi I photographed yesterday.

Time disappeared so quickly as we made numerous discoveries. These ones were found sheltering under a huge log which was offering protection against the winter weather.
