Summer dilemma

I can't decide whether fuchsias or geraniums are my summer favourites. Fuchsia are so elegant, especially the single flowered variety. But the geraniums are so colourful and generous with their flowers. It is fortunate that I don't have to decide between them but can fill my pots with many different varieties of these summer treasures.

After 36 hours of steady and sometimes heavy rain, the sun finally came out at lunch time today and we now have a fresh, breezy sunny day. (The older I get it seems that the more I am obsessed by the weather!)
