The young things have had a day at the beach, and Sue, Roy and I had a bike ride planned.

Just as we were about to set off I missed a step, fell over and ricked my ankle - I did an impressive roll though!

It's not as bad as the Tresco injury, but I stayed back here while the other two went out for a ride.
