"Fumps

A dryer day, which allowed the lad to have a look at the patio umbrella to see if it could be salvaged. It wouldn't retract or expand, it was just "stuck"

Anyway, a few good fumps with the mallet freed everything up enough to tell us that it's finally finished feeding us with shade in that part of the yard.

I'm sure the boss will enjoy shopping for a new one.


Ah well...
