Church this morning was super encouraging. Low in numbers, being August and all that. But still got those who are newer coming along.

A couple of people have worked hard to use local photos and Bible verses to decorate the church walls. I love them. This is possibly my favourite. May blip the others another time.

Went home to pack, cook lunch and brief NoaNoa who is house and cat sitting. This is the cat, whom I love, who played with and then ate a mouse, under our bed in the middle of last night, leaving the head, the kidney and the intestine under the bed. Oh my word. Who on earth thinks that we have domesticated cats? Cats just do their thing in our company, that’s all.

Anyway, drove down to Worthing mid afternoon. Via decathlon to return yet another kite that was a birthday present.

Arrived in Worthing, dumped the stuff and went out with the dogs for a brief walk, but landed up with it not being brief at all.

Lovely to be here for a few days.
