Weirdly warm

Surprisingly v windy and wavy at 4 pm and the warmest sea I can remember. There's normally a bit of a chill when you get in but not today.

Otherwise, morning golf course walk with Rosie, faffed about in the garden, made chillis (meat and veg). Then got myself back on the sofa. Felt quite back to normal by the end of the day!
