Cool

Cool morning walk and so we went out for a run. Slower than usual but didn’t want to push it as my hip was giving me a bit of trouble over the weekend, think the run did it some good as absolutely fine now.
Food shop for camper and then out for a walk with Hetty.
Spotted the egret on the canal, which is so low that it was stood on the bottom.
Have my eye appointment tomorrow and they have said that if they are happy to do the laser treatment it will be done tomorrow, so feeling a bit anxious.
Plan is to head off to Scotland Wednesday morning.
