Sharpie, Resting

I was outside with my camera hunting for a blip subject when I noticed our beautiful male hummingbird. He was casually perched on a branch in the bush behind the bird feeders, surveying his kingdom. His feathers are a bit worn with the end of summer around the corner with some loose ones by his beak, but still gorgeous.

This day came in cool and sunny, lovely weather after the dreaded humidity we had yesterday.
